6. Subscription & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, follower counts, engagement rates, or income from using the Service. Automation results vary based on your content, niche, and TikTok's algorithm changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend To TikTok Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
